This is one hell of a recipe: gin blend (one london classic dry, one citrus, one
creamy, one floral); vermouth blend (looking to recreate the
1900s style of vermouth - much more bitter than what we’re used to
today, more winey); bitter aperitifs; touches of sake.
to serve: 3 ice cubes + 90ml from the bottle. garnish with orange (comes with the bottle).
keep refrigerated. consume within 3 weeks.
