FIX — the book

Turning our ideas into print is not coincidental. This initiative marks a milestone in our learning process and aims to cast a light on the most important aspects we’ve come to know while experimenting with local ingredients for flavour making. We strongly believe openness fosters knowledge, so we are revealing some of our signature recipes and digging into the processes we employ.
Successes, failures, and some other curious results are to be featured. We also disclose all different approaches to what would be considered ‘ordinary’ local ingredients, such as lovage, pollen or plums, and the ways we add value to them. In addition to recipes and techniques, we research the cultural histories that cherish the communities from which these ingredients come from. From a visual standpoint, we rely on original photography and bold set design in order to bring botanical ecologies to life.
